Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Zyvix Solutions ("Zyvix," "we," "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed separately in a proposal or statement of work for each engagement. These terms apply in addition to, not instead of, that agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete the work.
- Ensuring you have the rights to any material you supply to us for use in a project.
- Reviewing deliverables and raising concerns within the timeframe agreed for the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules (fixed milestones, hourly billing, or monthly retainers) are set out in the project proposal. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Zyvix retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zyvix provides services on a professional best-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, etc.). Zyvix is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties.
7a. Advertising
This website displays third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. Ads are selected and served by Google and its partners, not chosen by us individually, and their presence does not imply our endorsement of the advertiser or product shown.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the notice terms in the project proposal. Work completed up to that point remains payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zyvix Solutions' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
